I was stunned. I mean, Dharma is easily the best looking tenant I’ve ever had. She was talking about something and I wasn’t paying attention. I didn’t care. She looked so damn good I agreed to whatever repairs she asked for within reason. Once I left, I went back to the basement and continued watching reruns of Parks and Recreations. In between episodes, I felt like doing leg raises. The very next day I started using the stairs during my bank job rounds instead of the elevator. I finally re-started my DDP Yoga morning exercises. And, perhaps most important, the thought of eating outside food to further fatten up my face became nauseating.
Hot broads, man. See, that’s power. Her very existence is enough to put pressure on me to take better care of myself. No inspirational words or videos… just the existence of a beautiful woman living above me. That’s it. I jerked off about her a few times that night to get her out of my system. That's as far as it'll sexually go with her. No matter what, she’s a tenant. Tenants make me money and, in the end, that’s all I really care about. I briefly dated a younger man who was a physical 10 in all respects. Being around him motivated me in a way I haven't been for many years and I started taking my health and fitness seriously again. Even though it ended long ago and our affair brief, the renewed life zest lives on.
